Bring your kids along and enjoy the Gauteng Summer Cup from our exciting new Family Zone! We have awesome entertainment lined up to keep the little ones busy all day long, while the adults get to enjoy the amazing array of racing, music, performance and food. Think a giant ferris wheel, jugglers, mimes, puppets, clowns, face painters and much, much more. We’ve placed our new dedicated Family Zone right near the carnival and the finish line, so that both you and the kids get to enjoy it all at The People’s Race. Please be sure to pre-purchase your family tickets if you would like to spend the race day in this area. That said – even with general access and kids’ tickets, you’ll be able to enjoy the amazing carnival and all the entertainment on offer, just not from the comfortable and convenient base of our dedicated Family Zone.
There are many different hospitality areas at the G-BETS Gauteng Summer Cup. Please look out for maps on the day, or ask the many hosts and hostesses to direct you to your dedicated area.
There are ATMs on site at Turffontein Racecourse.
Food and beverage
